At TARA Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at bhavikamehta73@gmail.com
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalised orders
